When you open your eScript link SMS and try login to your account and see the below error:
This means that:
You may have 2 accounts.
If you have already ordered scripts from us via Evermed (our old script platform) and have an existing account, you will need to log in there to access and order (especially for accessing repeats): Sign In - Evermed App
- Please note that any prescriptions you receive moving forward, will be managed via Script2u, and you will be prompted to create an account
If this is your first time receiving a script, and you are attempting to login via the Evermed site, you will need to login via Script2u: https://my.script2u.com.au/
You may be accessing an old SMS/Script:
Ensure that you are using the most up to date SMS/eScript link. If you use an old one that is already fulfilled or attached to your account, you may see this error.
