When uploading an eScript to your account, if you see the below screen:
This occurs when:
You are using an old/already used SMS link to order medication
- Please ensure you find the new SMS link (usually provided by the pharmacy that dispensed the original order if you did not order it delivered via Script2u but at a pharmacy)
- If you did not get a repeat SMS, you can visit or call the pharmacy that originally dispensed to order as they should have the repeat on file
- If you ordered through the Script2u site, you would have received a second SMS/repeat is available in their account
You went to a pharmacy to get your prescription fulfilled, but they do not have the medication in stock – so they cancel the order which invalidates the script

You already ordered the medication and cannot order more
- Please book a new appointment with your practitioner to get another script
